Terms and Conditions
The
following Terms and Conditions represent
the agreement between our services and
clients:
§ 1. Quotations are provided according
with the source material. The source must
be accurate and easy to understand.
§
2. Rates are based on word-count and
language requested. Rates are also
based by hour if necessary; in this case,
we establish a fixed price to
the project.
§ 3. The final word count is
non-negotiable, unless approved by the
client and translator.
§
4. The client has the responsibility to
provide clear and
understandable instructions to the
project; otherwise, we will not
accept any responsibility if the service
delivered doesn't meet the
client expectations.
§ 5. We will not correct any mistake
caused by the original text that can
influence the final service.
§ 6. The client has 7 days to ask for any
correction or misunderstanding about the
final service.
§ 7. The source material or the final
service must not violate any copyright
laws.
§
8. We reserve the right to refuse to
deliver any material we find to be
offensive/inappropriate or able to
infringe any legal obligation.
§ 9. Client agrees to this terms and
conditions when making a purchase order
with us.
§
10. Payment for service must be paid
within 30 days from the date of
invoice, and we may request an appropriate
payment in advance for some
translations.
§ 11. Charges of 10% will be applied if
not paid after 30 days.
§
12. Failure to pay any invoice, give us
the right to suspend any work
with the client and the right to take the
overdue account to legal
collections.
§ 13. The date for
delivery of the final service is the day
agreed between the parties,
and if any delay happens when carrying the
service, the client can not
reject the purchase order or the invoice;
§
14. We will not be responsible for any
delay in deliver or failure to
deliver the final service by an act of
God, weather conditions or any
other cause beyond our control.
§ 15. The client has the right of discount
if any delay occurs without comprehensible
and fair explanation.
§ 16. We guarantee to the client the right
of confidentiality.
§
17. The client can't cancel the service
once it is in progress, unless
regardless the reason, the client pays the
work at that point.
§
18. If the client is not totally satisfied
with our final service, we
will make the necessary changes to correct
the final service until it
meets the standards of quality.
§
19. We will deduct 10% of the total price
of the final service if the
client is not satisfied even after the
final improvement.
§
20. We charge in $ (dollars) and any other
country will have to
exchange the value according with the date
of the purchase order.
§ 21. The client agrees with these terms
and condition when working with us.
§ 22. These terms and conditions are
subject to change without prior written
notice.
